Thought I’d ask the experts.

Can my wife open an account with a different e-mail address at our actual address,
is this permitted.

She would like to buy things at times, not necessarily with my knowledge, presents
etc.

There is no chance that she will open a store as she knows nothing about Lego
at all.

Absolutely! My wife and I have done that for years! She handles the minifigures
and sparkly bits, I handle the bulk bricks.
